Remove and re-enable fall dmg

This is on a buff, disables fall dmg while buff is active, enables fall damage when buff wears out. Works on a consumeable that gives enables 600s free falling without any damage, as soon buff wears out, fall damage is enabled again. Also works on my boots, until those boots are unequipped. If you want the buff to lasts over server restarts, use a possesed event.
