    Enable Nanite Tesselation on the Material for World Position Offset.

    This Setup was made for the RMOH Texture to have

    RED CHANNEL = Roughness BLUE CHANNEL = Metallic GREEN CHANNEL = Ambient Occlusion ALPHA CHANNEL = Height (World Position Offset)
