An example of how we use events for our dagger mechanic in Hard Light Vector.
These events not only drive the internal functionality of the mechanic (all this functionality is contained within a Blueprint Actor Component), but these events can also be subscribed to, making it easy for other departments to design functionality around these events (a great example of this animation).
