Fix to Decal Size for Superliminal Projection

A fix to the decal size blueprint that now adapts to static meshes with pivot points that are not centred. It should be used as a substitute for the nodes seen at 31:24 in the video linked below.

Whilst testing at a later date, I noticed it wasn't functioning as intended because it didn't take into account the scale of the static mesh component and there was also an issue with the local & world coordinates.
