Description: "Splicer" - the old name for the Holo-Tool. Use Splicer = Scan Glyph
I was responsible for creating the camera shake animation states for idle, hit recoil, damaged state, damaged idle, and the smooth fade in between.
I was also responsible for cleaning up and adjusting the blowtorch, flashlight, resource highlighter, and UI code.
