I don't quite know why the BlueprintUE version of this blueprint looks so broken, but I assure you it works. From the start of play, the RC Car is constantly travelling in a loop, so the Timeline is activated from BeginPlay, rather than by Paperboy overlapping something. The Timeline is set to loop constantly.
The visual effect of the the RC Car turning is done by using the 'Set Material' node with 1 second delays between each use, with the blueprint looping on itself. A sequence node is used to ensure both of these happen from the start of play.
